Day trip to Cairo to the pyramids of Marsa Alam.
On this excursion, experience the famous Giza pyramids, Valley Temple the Sphinx, the Egyptian National Museum and visit ancient and Islamic Cairo.
The sequence:
You will be picked up from your hotel in Marsa Alam by private air-conditioned vehicle and taken to Hurghada Airport. Take a domestic flight from Hurghada to Cairo.
When you reach Cairo Airport, you will already find our German or English speaking travel guides. They are waiting for you to take you directly to the pyramids by bus. You now have a unique opportunity to see three famous pyramids - Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus. If you are curious about how it looks from the inside, you can buy an extra ticket.
Lunch time is coming. Enjoy the food in a local restaurant with the open buffet.
The next stop on the program is the Egyptian Museum. Not only treasures of the pharaoh Tutankhamun but also more than 130,000 artifacts attract you to visit this place. After this visit there is a small opportunity to buy some original souvenirs - in the Papyrus or Perfume Museum.
Until you drive back to the airport, you will enjoy unique views of the big city. The big city that's so controversial. Where the old mixes with the new.
You fly back to Hurghada and from there by bus to Marsa Alam.
